Oil landscape painting of two houses, both with smoking chimneys and hillside behind. A fence runs down centre of the painting. Lower left corner painted with text: Edward William Harris' property Okains Bay 1857. Lower right corner painted with text: William Silas Harris' property Okains Bay 1857. Despite the year painted onto the work, it is thought to have been executed later, probably the 1890s. The artist has not been identified. |
