Half plate size gelatin dry plate glass negative. Outdoor, group photograph of three men and three women. Men standing at back, left to right Georg Breitmeyer (1838-1909), Jean-Baptiste Eteveneaux (1828-1915), Joseph Libeau jnr. (1834-1919). Seated front , left to right is: Clemence Libeau nee Gendrot (1835-1908), Melanie Eteveneaux nee Libeau (1831-1918), and Justine Lelievre nee de Malmanche (1832-1912). All six had been child passengers on the Comte de Paris. |

One of a 115 negatives in this collection. Collected by donor's grandfather, Jack (John Francis) Yeatman, who lived in Akaroa in the 1960s and 1970s and moved the Council building to Woodills Road. All appear to be Akaroa subjects. |
